2 monitors displaying as 1 monitor

Hey all I'm trying to get my two monitors to display one monitor. The main reason I want this is for full screen videos not really for gaming but that would be nice. The card I'm using is a geforce gtx 560 se, can it do that?

From what I have read Nvidia has something called surround but im not sure if the 560 supports it. Other than that Ive never owned an nvidia card. Should have went with a AMD card if you wanted eyefinity setup.
