Best mid range graphics card

what would be better

gt 640=64w
hd 7750=55w
hd 6770=106w
gtx 560=150w


i wanted to get the gtx 560 but it use 150w

and if am watching youtube videos and not gaming does it still use 150w or what

my other specs for new build
fx 4100
4gb ram
motherboard=not sure yet
1440*900 resolutin

should i get a new monitor that can do 1080p

how many amps on the 12v rail do i need for the gtx 560
can these cards max out battleefield 3 and run some upcoming games like black ops 2 and gta v on med settings at 1440*900.
how long will this build last me until games become to demanding

how many watts and amps will i need on my psu

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 560 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 500 Watt power supply unit.

If you are going to overclock CPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina.
