My pc freezes

My PC freezes randomly on games, but also sometimes when surfing the web, but it happens alot quicker when playing a game. when it freezes i have to push the reset button, its the only way to get it back. any ideas.

Specs and Temps for the rig while under load and at idle would be a lot more helpful.
