I want to build a pc with max graphics for $1000

I want to build my own computer which will put out max graphics on games like GW2, etc. What specs could you get for $1000 max. All I want is the computer components thanks. p.s. would companies like ibuypower and cybergamingpc make computers that are compatible to play on such high graphics?

It's best to build it yourself if you buy it from one of those places you'll need more then 1,000 to get a decent gaming rig it's pretty much a rip off imo anyways here my suggestion
