1. Among GPUs in the list, i think the better one will be the sapphire OC edition.. go for it if u dont care for budget. Other wise settle with the non OC version.(save 10€.. money is precious in euro, dollar or rupees)

2. By the K part in two CPUs I guess you'll be overclocking it. So definitely go for a third generation CPU ie I5 3570K to make it even more future proof.

3.In motherboard department first consider the following questions.

a)Are you planning to overclock ur CPU/GPU now or in future?(need of cooling setup like water pumps and CPU coolers)
b)will you be satisfied with the stock speed of both???
c)Will you be using crossfirex/SLI now or in future??(using two cards at a time)

If you plan to overclock, get the GA-Z77-DS3H eyes closed. It have PCIE 3.0, usb3.0, esata port etc.If you dont do any overclocking/crossfirex etc, get a medium level motherboard like Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H(PCIE 3.0, USB 3.0, SATA 6GBPS)(again value for money). Or if you want more than B75 chipset motherboard you can definitely go for the GIGABYTE GA-Z68AP-D3 from your listed Motherboards. There is no point in getting a micro ATX if you are overclocking. So go for an ATX motherboard.

4. RAM, it will be better if you go for Corsair vengence/GSkill ripjawsx 1600MHz 8 GB (always buy as 4x2 )If your PC is meant only for gaming, 8gb is more than enough. But if your applications are 3d editing, video editing, photoshop etc, get 16 GB.. If you have budget get 1886MHz better.

5. As I said earlier, if you are overclocking and/or cossfirex-ing u need a better power supply ie GS 600. Seasonic is also a good option
