Go for an i3 3220, its $10 less (i'm english so i'm working out the prices :p ) You want a Micro ATX / ATX motherboard really like this:
http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-H61M-S2PV-Intel-Micro-Mo...
the ram is okay i guess.
http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Elite-430-RC-430-KW...
Get a hard drive to start with, not an SSD, you wont fit much on a 64gb ssd...
This is perfect for a low-mid build:
http://www.amazon.com/Western-Digital-Caviar-Cache-Desk...
PSU. Now. You could get a cheap one that wouldnt be very good so its worth putting the money in
This is perfect
http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Builder-Watt-EPS%C2%A0-CX...
Now that all leaves you left over with $235 and i'd suggest getting a gtx 660 that costs $230
http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-SUPERCLOCKED-Graphic...

BUT it might be worth it to get a slightly worse graphics card and better motherboard/ram/hard drive.

Anyway its up to you, I've spent 30 minutes on this looking for you :p
Hope I helped! :)

umm i think that mobo dosent have a usb 3.0... which is my basic requirement !

anyway Thanks a ton man !! u helped a lot !! just one more thing.. will the gpu fit in the case i mentioned ?? i dont want any heat issues !!also i heard that sata 2 will limit the performance and speed of my ssd/hdd ?? and also u said it might be better to get a low end gpu ( a low end gpu is fine for me like the saphire Radeon HD 7770) and a better mbo & ram... could u give suggestions on that also ?? i dont want to change the case... and dont want any heating issues .... thanks so much btw !! ..
