I am kinda on a tight budget for a computer but I have come up with a very nice list, I think, of mid-high end parts
The parts cost ~$300 which is were I want to be

I already have the graphics card and the hard drive, I do plan on updating the card in the near future

Graphics: Asus HD 6670 1gb DDR5 @840mhz gpu @1015 ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Parts:

MOBO: $59 ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

CPU: $99 AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

RAM: $40 CORSAIR Vengeance (2 x 4GB)1600 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Case: $40 COOLER MASTER Elite 430 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

PSU: $40 Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 500w Power Supply http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

CPU Fan: $30 Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

The computer will be running Windows 8 64-bit

I play BattleField 3, Guild Wars 2, World of Warcraft, and League of Legends
I also do heavy 3d modeling, and a TON of Photoshop Cs6 work

If you have any thoughts on the build please comment, I haven't bought anything yet besides the graphics card, which I know will need an upgrade soon.

Thanks for Reading!

lose the cpu fan and buy cheaper ram and case all to go towards better cpu. gw2 and games like it are very cpu intensive.
