I have gotten up to 1350MHz stable, Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the max voltage(with software only) is 1.175 so If I can get my card to lets say 1400MHz, will I not be doing any damage to my card because voltage is the same? Temps are not I problem I have the EVGA GTX 670 FTW, it has a full 680 PCB

You should overclock it and the frequency should be stable. If you can get 1400Mhz with the same voltage as it takes to get 1350Mhz then your still harming the lifespan of your gpu, but your getting more out of it!

Adding voltage will shorten the life span of the GPU but it will improve performance :)
