Question regarding wireless network card

Hey guys I recently bought a computer from newegg and was wondering if it came with a wireless network card, because I can't tell if it does.

Do you need the same brand of wireless card that your router is? Because i have a D-Link router, so do I have to have a D-Link wireless network card?
