Best gaming TV I can get today?

im looking to buy a top end gaming TV. my budget is 3k max. looking for the best bang for buck I can get

for consoles, most 1080p TV will do (arguments regarding console output resolution aside).

for PC gaming however, it's a heckuva lot complicated and difficult. you got issues like input lag, lack of 4:4:4 chroma subsampling support, ghosting, etc. (which game/PC mode may or may not significantly reduce) which you can only troubleshoot personally or from another owner who's done it before you. it's a bit of a gamble if it'll come out ok out of the box or not.
