IMO all those cards will run games well at that resolution, that said the rest depends on how much you want to spend and if you want to use more or less power.
I'm kind of confused on soundgurumans answer it doesn't really answer your question at all =/

Give me a price point, and we will look at your options.

MSI 7870 HAWK http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127681&Tpk=7870%20hawk
Very good card can be overclocked to reach performance of a reference 7950 aka $300+ card.

or Nvidia GTX 660 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127699
Factory OC for same price after rebate.

same one as listed above without Factory OC IMO get this one you can overclock it to the same speed yourself without the trouble of sending in a rebate.

Nvidia cards run better for some games and applications.

While AMD run better for other games and applications.

Look up benchmarks for each card and see what ones run better for the games you play.
