Graphic card help

Im having trouble choosing a graphic card that will play games to a good standard
so far i have a choice of gigabyte 7870 super clocked or 7950 or should i go with something else
i want to play games like f3, skyrim and crysis 3 when it is released in 2013
what should i get?

i have a 6670 gddr3 and can play skyrim and bf3 no trouble at all im not a heavy gamer but its not noticably bogged out on me once....but i would await advice from a propper gamer first! be well man

Depending on your needs like high res and ultra settings, go for the best your budget can buy, if you have the money for a 7950 or a 670 buy it.

The 6670 can't handle high res or high or ultra settings.

I agree with your choices, I believe that right now the best value GPUs are 7970, 7950 and 7870, whichever you can afford:

Yeah with the recent price cuts AMD is your best bet for price/performance ratio. Buy the best one you can afford right now and if you want more horsepower XFire it or sell it down the road.
