Hi all,

I am new to the forum and am trying to assemble advice on my planned HTPC / gaming rig to be completed by Christmas 2012. Any advice on the components, what you would change, etc. is highly welcome.

Thanks in advance.

Either one is just fine, just go for which one you like more.
Though for gaming/htpc i5 is enough. i7 only justifies when rendering heavy load video/audio/ pictures/ 3D
