Graphic card selection Help me plz

Hello,
My current pc config is :
Motherboard : Intel P45/P43G45/G43 Rev A3
Processor : Core 2 Duo E7500 @ 2.93 Ghz
RAM : DDR3 4GB
Current Graphic Card : Radeon HD 4350 (memory: 512 MB)
Monitor : DELL IN1910N(18.5) (max resolution: 1366x768)

I need better graphic card that can help me edit HD videos in aftereffects CS5 and does not hinder games like FIFA13

What power supply are you running? If its like a 300W, I would recommend a Radeon HD7750.
