What would you choose??

so i come to this.....this is the final...but which one to choose??i could get a ssd a bit later.....my res is 1080
and i dont want to OC for at least a year.....which one is the best??should i go for the 2nd one and when new gpu comes out i upgrade or buy 1st one....i play cod4(all a lot-main games),baf3,dishonored,assasins,hitman absolution,cs-go,max payne 3....ultra!!!tell me everything guys because i know you are the best...its my christmas gift so i want it to be perfect...the difference of them is £35......many many many many many many thanks in advance!!!!!!!!
