Hi end video card for a p4

I just picked up a nice looking easy to work with HTPC.
It's a mico Atx in a coolmaster case. It's has a P4 with a nice aftermarket cooling fan. My question is should I buy a nice video card and keep the mobo or buy a cheap AMD Combo e450 with Radeon HD 6320 Graphics I Have a server and like to use xbmc with mce for my wife. I will be adding a blueray and runner cards.
