Hello, I was wondering if I could get some help figuring out whether or not my laptop is compatible with the external graphics Vidock hardware.
The laptop is a Samsung Model RC512-Aus-01 Intel Core i7 2670qm @ 2.20 Ghz, 6GB ram, 64bit, Windows 7.

No.

You need a laptop with a ExpressCard slot to use ViDock. ExpressCard slots have been disappearing from laptops over the past couple of years. In fact, I do not know of any recent laptops with a ExpressCard slot.

any of those laptop add-on graphics cards are never worth the money you can just buy a faster laptop with a better dedicated card for the price of those things
