Which Motherboard?

I am going to be building a new system soon for mainly gaming and i am having issues choosing a motherboard, my budget is around 80 POUNDS and i have found 3 that are very similar in price but im not sure which is best for an i5-3570K and a 7950 3GB which would be best for overclocking?
MSI Z77A-G45

Asus P8Z77-V LX

Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H

Also, is the motherboard an important component? should i spend less on my cpu and gpu to get a better motherboard?

Thanks in advance.

More about which motherboard
  1. I choose the Gigabyte. It has more features than the overpriced ASUS, and I don't generally suggest MSI motherboards, so yeah.
  2. Should i spend less on my CPU and GPU and spend more on the motherboard? or will the Gigabyte be fine?
  3. Oh and another question, will an i5-3570K + CM Hyper 212 EVO and a 7950 3GB fit into this case? http://www.scan.co.uk/products/xclio-nighthawk-mid-tower-case-full-black-with-side-window-and-3-x-120mm-silent-blase-fans-and-fan-c if it doesn't could anyone suggest me a case that is good?

  5. I could find little to no info about the casing, so I can't say for sure, but it doesn't look like it'll fit.

How much are you willing to go for a casing?
  6. I'm willing to pay around £45 for the case which is around $70 :)
  7. I recommend the ASUS because I have no problems using ASUS motherboards since I'm 2, creepy eh? Anyway, ASUS is more stable if you do overclock, enjoy!
  8. Anybody suggest me a case for £45?
  9. This is the cheapest I can suggest that I like.

Has a maximum height support of 170mm for CPU coolers. The 212 EVO is 159mm, so you have plenty of headroom.
  10. YOu can have this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119256 and it's cheaper, my friend is using it but it does not have a fan on the back, you can swap with the front one or buy one.
