Is their any way that I can just block an ip from accessing my network? can i enter it in the block sites/keywords thing? -Netgear 4nr834b v2

You can likely accomplish that by setting up a rule in the routers firewall. I can't seem to find the router model you linked, are you certain that's the correct model number?
