i used to have a HD6970 with a tripple monitor set-up, two monitors connected with DVI-D cables, and the third one with an ACTIVE displayport to DVI adapter.

Now that i've changed my gfx to a 680 GTX, and trying the same set up, the third monitor is not detected at all, i've read that there was issues with 680 and DP on 301 drivers, im running 306, is this issue still present, or is there any other source for the problem?

No need to be snippy. You would be amazed at what users do/don't do with their configs.

Walk through the simple stuff first and most problems go away. Verify in Nvidia Control Panel that your Set Up Multiple Displays options are set properly.

Good luck figuring out your problem.

i more amazed by the useless answers. This forum is usually full of people who know what they're talking about. I guess its one of those days.
