Hello again, I have an updated build list here and I just need confirmation that they all work together. Also, I would like to know if the motherboard would support future AM3+ CPUs such as Steamroller. I'm not really looking for any suggestions now but feel free to make any. I ABSOLUTELY can not spend any higher than right now. So to summerize, are all these part compatible with each other.

That extra SATA cable is not needed. Your motherboard should come with at least three or four. Cooler Master PSUs also have a horrendous reputation for "liar labels" and false advertising. You would be wise to replace that with something like the Corsair CX500 which is about the same price. Otherwise everything else checks out.
