Which build is better for gaming ?

MB: Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3
-CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 3,4GHz
-GPU: Gainward GeForce GTX 570 Phantom
-RAM: G-Skill 4x2GB DDR3 1333MHz

VS

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon HD 7870 2GB Video Card

What is the main difference between this builds ? Also, when i build my rig i plan on overclocking

The 2nd one destroys the other.

The CPU is way better, as it's one of the best out there. Also a z77 motherboard that allows overclocking.

8gb of 1600 mhz ram too, which is a faster speed than 1333 mhz.

Video card is also better than the GTX 670, under certain circumstances. They are both pretty evenly matched though.

Get the 2nd one. It'll do you best.

Well, if you plan to overclock, be sure that whatever one you pick has a CPU cooler.

Also be sure to pick a good power supply.
