The XFX card uses the AMD reference clocks.

The Sapphire card is factory overclocked (i.e. GPU Core by +15% and Memory by +11.1% over AMD reference clocks).

Only you can decide whether or not the extra clock speed is worth $15 AR more than the reference clocked card.

Yes the extra clock speed helps.

There's no guarantee that the XFX card will over clock much.

The Sapphire card is guaranteed to run at its factory over clocked speed. You may be able to overclock it further.
