Need Help Please! System won't boot!

So I have been making a few small upgrades to my system, and now it won't boot. I swapped out one my Intel motherboard for my old 2011 gigabyte AM3 motherboard. Along with that, I swapped my Intel Core i5-2400 with an AMD FX-8320. I also changed my video card from an XFX Radeon 5850 to an MSI GTX 660 ti. However, once I put everything together, my system will not turn on! There are no lights on the motherboard and also no beeps. I have reset the CMOS and have used only 1 stick of ram for bootup, but still no video on my screen, no mobo light, and no beep! could this be because my 600w power supply is not enough for the 125 watt cpu? All help is appreciated.

One last thought... could it be possible that I am in need of a CMOS update to use the new AM3+ processor? or is this processor not compatible with this board?
