Enough Power? No Reliable PSU Calc

I need to know if I have enough power for my system. I am just being paranoid I think but I want to make sure.

Specs

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40ghz
AMD Radeon HD 6950 2gb HIS Ice x Turbo
3 Normal Case fans one 200mm Fan (BigBoy) Antec 900 Case
3 USB deviced (Headset Etc)
16gb DDR3 RAM
CORSAIR Gaming Series GS700 700W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply
ASRock Z68 PROFESSIONAL GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

This is a Gaming Computer ONLY and I am using a 700watt PSU at the moment for just over a year now and I feel like I am not getting what I should be.. But again I might just be being paranoid about it and noticing Latency lagging and mistaking it for FPS lag.

I keep getting readings one saying 650 min wattage and another saying 300 min wattage.

You have more than enough, check the thermaltake power supply calculator. Either way, you only have a single GPU, extra dims of RAM don't take uup THAT much more power, you should be fine.
