Upgrading/replace from GTX 295 300-350$

Hello all!
I am looking to either upgrade or replace my PNY GTX 295. It was a really good card but I cant get it to stay running for more then two hours without a strange crash..

I was looking at the ATI 7950/7970 and Nvidia 660ti or 680. My price range is around $325 or so.
Open to any recommendations!

I have been comparing theese two:

And it seems like one has a bios issue.. is there a way to say some money (and get a free game) and just flash the new bios to the first card?

Would you recommend the sapphire over the HIS iceq card I posted?

I have one of these and it works great. With a $20 MIR it's now $350. A month or two ago it got as low as $320 with various rebates.
