Hello,
I'm new to this forums and to PC building.
I set up my first PC with some articles I found really cheap.
FX 6100 Black Edition. 8gb DDR3 1333mhz Kingston, Asus M5a88-m, HD 6670 1gb DDR5. Generic (but with good airflow) case, 500gb WD S-III. And a Sentey PSU (600w).
All this for no more than 350 u$s . And it's going to be just for light casual gaming.

I set up the whole thing following its manuals strictly, and every trustworthy site on the web. The thing went down great.
But When I pressed the Power Button, The PC started for 0.1 sec and then went down.
I Unplugged everything, plugged it back again, and the same happened.

What could go wrong? None of the components seems harmed or anything.
Could it be a PSU failure? An incorrect plugging of the Power SW cable? Or a crappy PSU case?
How can I test it to know?

Thanks for your answers.

I have no words to thank you.
I missed some standoffs...
Removed the motherboard. Put the missing standoffs.
Plug everything again. and...
IT WORKED!
