ATI 4650 Graphics compatible pentium 4 ht?

ATI 4650 Graphics compatible pentium 4 ht board? Because I can't find any generic driver that supports my board from intel. I am currently using Intel d815GAV board with p4 HT processor. Or if you can point me to a generic graphics driver, I would greatly appreciate that.
