Is this PC good enough to play battlefield 3

Hi all, I know next to nothing about computers so I need your expert help on advising me if this computercan atleast play bf3 multiplayer on mid quality without any laggy issues.

Not good enough, you will need to buy a better pc or build one your self and buy all the parts from newegg

Im not sure about AMD gear so cant say how good it is, decent price on the rest though i think, just note it states it will cost extra for a full version of windows.

Do something like this, except get a gtx 560 instead of the 560ti and put in a better cpu with the money saved. If you wanna go the amd route then get something with a comparable price. Maybe a 6870 ?? I would recommend having core i3 2100. A decent cpu will be need to play larger maps with 64 players. Any of the gpus i listed will play the game at 1080p with about medium to high settings.

Edit: If you wanna play bf3 with a smooth experience with that kind of budget, you will either need to build the PC yourself or buy a used rig from somebody. I would recommend building it. You will gain a lot of experience and it really isn't that hard. There are plenty videos on the web and instructions on putting everything together. I believe Tom's has a section somewhere or there is always Google.
