Ok to vacuum computer?

hi if i wanted to clean the inside of my computer, is it safe to vacuum the inside of my computer instead of using air can? i dont want to get dust flying everywhere.

I don't. I prefer the canned air. Only places that need cleaning are the fans and heatsinks. A little dust elsewhere won't hurt anything. Be sure to clean the power supply fans.

Its okay to vacuum around the machine, but I wouldn't stick it inside the case. Things are essentially static generators.
Just take the rig outside and use a can of air, will work much better than a vacuum at cleaning out heatsinks and such anyway.
