System upgrade suggestions required

Hello,

I've been very lucky to get few very important suggestion from this community... I'm glad to all of you in first place.

I'm looking for strengthen my system in order to make it more useful for Gaming and Multimedia works.

I'm from Ahmedabad, India.. just wanna some useful thoughs on my system building..

My Current Config.

Intel Dual Core E5200@2.5GHz
Asus P5QPL-AM
Transcend DDR2-800/PC-6400(1x2GB)
Sapphire Radeon HD 6670 1GB GDDR5

I would like to go for
Intel Core i3-2125 (3.30GHz)
Asus P8H61M LX
Corsair DDR3-1333/PC3-10600-(2x2GB)

I'm very tight on budget.. and I cannot go beyond what I can spend customized mentioned above.. I've already spent Rs 5800($100+) for GPU and it is for all...

I need some medium-low end gaming.. Multimedia designing and some video editing thats all...

I have the 2120 and one version of that asus board. It runs plenty fast with 8 gb of ram. I use gskill ripjawsX 1333.
