Recently my Motherboard died.So i want to change my both MB and processor. This is what im thinking about.

CPU - AMD FX-6100
MOBO - I prefer Gigabyte and should not be too expensive
GPU - Nvidia 8400 ( Already have and doesn't intend to buy a new one because im not a heavy gamer)
RAM - 4 GB DDR3
HDD - Have 1TBx2 Seagate already
MONITOR - Already have Samsung 21 inches LCD
PSU - ????? How much will be sufficient

IMP NOTE
1-Im not a heavy gamer and i don't intend to overclock or crossfire or anything
2-I encode movies,watch HD movies
3-Can any one suggest good and reasonable MOBO
4-How many Watts of PSU is needed.I have printer,Scanner,Fax,3 HDDS running.

Please suggest a good build so that i can buy them as soon as possible.

I would recommend an Intel i3 instead of the fx 6100. Even though it's a dual core chip with hyperthreading, it outperforms the 6 core and even the 8 core fx in a lot of areas (and uses a lot less power). Since you will be using a graphics card, you don't need the onboard intel 4000 graphics, so this chip with 2500 graphics would be fine since you won't be using the chip's graphics anyway. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116775

Here is a good motherboard for $70, it's actually the same one I have. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157303

For power supply, 550 watts would be good. I would recommend the rosewill capstone.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182068
