Upgrade My Zotac 9600 GT

Hello,
My PC Configuration:

AMD Phenom II X4 970, Asus m5a97 MBD, Kingston 4 GB DDR III, Zotac 9600 GT GPU.
Now I think to upgrade my 9600 gt to a dx 11 Nvidia GP like 550 ti, 650 or 450 I am confuse which one is better and future proof.... main use of this pc is Adobe CS4, Adobe Premier, Autocad etc. And Play Full HD (1080 P) video. And some time play game like Crysis , Hitman etc. My budget about 170$ .

Ok, not the best but it should be able to handle those cards.

Maybe when you win a small lottery price or something think about replacing the CM with a quality one from Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, XFX or OCZ.
