What's better for your eyes?

Hello,
I've heard people saying that they never get tired of working on IPS displays. I'm currently having BenQ xl2410t and I want to switch to Dell u2412m.

My question is - what is better for your eyes? 120hz TN matrix or 60hz IPS?

Considering hz thing on TFT LCD displays is nothing compare of its importance on CRT.
