$350 Upgrades?

I am thinking about selling my 360 for about $350 with all my games and the Kinect I bought it about six months ago. What kind of upgrade should I use that money for on my PC?

Case: NZXT Phantom 410 (Black)
CPU: i5 3570k
Cooler: Hyper 212 EVO
MoBo: ASRock Z77 Extreme4
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (2x4) 1600
GPU: EVGA GTX 680 Superclocked Signature Edition
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA 6
SSD: OCZ Vertex 4 128GB
External HDD: Western Digital 1TB (specs unknown to slow for speed boost)
PSU: SeaSonic X-Series 850W 80 Plus Gold Full Modular
Optical: ASUS DRW 24x DVD Burner
Monitor: ASUS 23"6 Full HD w/Speakers

I was thinking maybe more memory upgrading to 16GB and a second 256GB SSD for a total of around $240. Then use the left over $110 for game purchases...

You don't appear to need anything right now. I wouldn't take a loss on your games. More ram won't help much, and the ssd is a waste of money with your present ssd and hardrive.
