I tried to combine 3 routers with a single Internet connection.

where,

router 1 = unknown type and brand. from local ISP
router 2 = WRT120N (which will be placed on the 2nd floor)
router 3 = WRT54G2 V1 (which will be placed on 1st floor)

Will I be able to make configuration changes to connect 3 router. What should I do?

Thanks

if you want three separate networks then just connect the router 2 +3 via WAN/internet port to router one. make sure that the LAN IP is different then the LAN IP of the main router.

if main router is 192.168.0.1, make sure the two other ones are set to 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.2.1, the third number has to be different.

if you want one single network, follow this guide but make sure that you use different IP for the routers like .252 and .253
