  1. Would go with a nice thermal cooling setup:

    Radiator: XSPC AX360 Triple Fan Radiator ($99.95) http://www.xoxide.com/xspc-ax360tr [...] black.html
Reservoir: XSPC UV Blue Dual 5.25” bay Reservoir ($49.99) http://www.xoxide.com/uv-blue-dual-bayres.html
    Pump: Swiftech MCP35X Water Pump ($93.95) http://www.xoxide.com/swiftech-mcp35x-pump.html
    Total: 243.89
Thats without the CPU/VGA blocks included.
  2. -first and foremost, futureproofing is impossible. people should just give up on that idea. its so useless
-i7s are not for games. they are for work and will always be that way
    -x79 is useless for gaming
-are you kidding me with fisher price watercooling?
-you dont need that much ram for games.
    -better SSDs out there
-680s are the worst value. get a 7970ghz. also, whats so good about evga? they use a reference cooler which is no different from all the other brands
    -1200w is overkill
-optical media is dying as we speak. whats the point of a blu-ray drive?

people buy computers when they need one, not when they think they will need one
  3. Wait, were you talkig to him or me about the W/C? My setup gives decent temps.
