Couple of suggestions: Neither the FX6100 or 6300 are particularly good for gaming, and aren't great at multithreaded tasks either. I'd be looking at an i5, depending on use.

Get 2x4GB so you can use double channel.

That is a tiny monitor, and low res. Look around 22", and 1080p. That's 1366*768.

GPU - depends on use. Or you could fill in the form in my sig.
