GTX 275 Super Overclock is slow

I have a GV-N275so-18i or Gigabyte GTX 275 Super Overclock.

I have been losing signal to my monitor randomly and constantly lately. Usually during Skyrim, even on medium settings.

I noticed that Easy Tune says my Graphics memory speed is 1260mhz, when I think it should be 2520mhz.

Do you think this is causing the problem? Also, is it possible for this to occur and if so why? Finally ofcourse, how do I fix it.

My computer also double boots, crashing when it tries to load the operating system the first time then restarts successfully. I think that might be a system registry issue however?

Thanks in advance,

  1. Also,

I have updated software including Drivers, BIOS, Windows 7 everything I could think of and read many many forums.

    System Specs:
    Motherboard - GAP55A-UD5
    Graphics as mentioned above
    4GIG RAM & 1000mhz each I think....
    Windows 7

Built this about 3-4 years ago, never any issues until now.
  2. I have an Intel i5 750 @ 2.6ghz
  3. what is your power supply buddy?
  4. 750w thermallite
  5. Sincew this post my computer went down hill, the loss of signal was more often and eventually it would not gain signal at all. So i have just bought a gtx 560 to keep it going until i build a new ystem later next year. It solved the problem.
