Nowhere.

There are a great many "See Book X for the mechanics of accessing the
Digital Web" references, all of which eventually point back to Digital
Web 2.0.

There are basically three types of access:

Sensory Immersion requires no magic, just a VR rig, Internet access, and
the right know-how. When engaged in Sensory Immersion, the user's
Intelligence becomes her Strength and her Wits becomes her Dexterity.
She suffer +2 to all difficulties (including magic rolls), but on the
other hand she remain basically aware of the environment around her body.

Astral Immersion uses Sense Space (Correspondence ••) to project the
mage's consciousness directly into the Digital Web. (It also says a VR
rig is necessary, but under Revised it'd make more sense if that were
just the most common focus used). Again, Intelligence becomes Strength
and Wits becomes Dexterity, but when using Sensory Immersion, there's no
difficulty adjustment to all her rolls. On the other hand, she can't
sense what's happening to her body when she's Astrally Immersed.

Holistic Immersion uses Life ••••, Forces ••, and Correspondence •• to
transform the caster's body into data and upload her directly into the
Digital Web. This way, her Strength and Dexterity stats stay the same
as they are in real life, and she doesn't have to worry about what's
happening to her body while she's gone, but on the other hand any damage
she takes in the DW is real. (When using Astral Immersion, being
"killed" snaps you out of the Digital Web and causes some brain damage
[loss of a single mental attribute dot, IIRC], but isn't fatal.)

In addition to this, mages can get to the Digital Web by entering the
Umbra, finding the Pattern Web, and climbing up it. Likewise, mages in
the Digital Web can get to the Umbra by finding one of the spots it
touches the Pattern Web and climbing down it. This involves a really,
really, /really/ long time spent climbing, though, and is damn
inconvenient, so it isn't used much.
