Hello,
i installed on my moms pc windows 7. she has a speedtouch 330 modem and i installed the driver from the old installation disk. Now i dont manage that it automatically connects to the internet when i boot the pc. i tried everything in network and connection center-as well dropped the connection shortcut into autostart folder... So what can i try else- do i have tu update the drivers manually or any other recommendations?
thank you kindly in advance

The Modem is listed as incompatible with win7 32bit and 64bit

But here is a possible solution.

Hi

several years ago I downloaded the speedtouch 330 driver for Windows Vista 32bit (X86)
This also works for Windows 7 (32bit)

There are a number of different drivers, some are country specific and some are ISP specific.
It is a lot harder to find the correct driver for old equipment nowdays.

Many ISP's provide Wireless/router/broadband modems free or cheaply
with a desktop PC a connection via network cable will give a faster & more reliable connection than via USB (V1)
