Hi,
I'm new to digital flat panel monitors.
I am looking to buy a cable to connect my GF4 video card with a DVI-D connector to an 18" Digital Flat Panel monitor with an MDR/DFP connector. I can buy either a straight through cable DVI-MDR or a DVI cable plus an adaptor for DVI-DFP. Any suggestions as to which is better ? Would i notice any degrdation with the adapter option ?
Buying the cable and adapter would allow me to use it with other DVI monitors.
