Decent video card for 1920 x 1080p

Hi,

I'm wondering if there's much difference between the

MSI Radeon HD 7850 OC Twin Frozr III 900MHZ 2GB 4.8GHZ GDDR5
&
MSI Radeon HD 7850 PE OC 950MHZ 2GB 4.8GHZ GDDR5

I can get the 7850 OC Twin Frozr III refurbished @ around $165 on ebay

As for the 7850 PE OC 950MHZ, it's at $209.99 @ NCIX with an additional mail-in rebate of $30.

I did the calculation and it's a difference of about $30 so I might as well get the PE edition. What do you guys think? Is the power edition that much better?

Definitely go for the new PE OC version, gets you the Twin Frozen 4 cooler (great for overclocking) and a much better warranty (3 years instead of 15 days ).
