Specific graphic card ID

Hi

I'm trying to identify a manufacturer that has an AMD 7970 3Gig card with two DVi connections. So far I can only find cards with one DVI, 1 HDMI and 2 display ports.
If you do know of such a card are the two ports single or dual DVI?

If you can't think of a 7970 then are there any other 3GB cards with 2 DVI, 1 HDMI and 2 display ports?

Just as a forewarning, Eyefinity does not work when you are using 2 DVI and a HDMI. You must be using a DP for it to work.

The only one I was able to find is this one:

Which is $160 over the going price for a 7970 right now.

You can just get adapters if you want. It would be much cheaper.

Another somewhat releated question - is there a utility that will tell me that an installed card is a 7950 or a 7950 or a 7500? Most seem to report on 7000 series.
