I want to Unlock my Sapphire HD 6950 2GB Dirt 3 Edition. Is the Seasonic 430W too low for this?

My CPU is i5 2500 (without overclock).

It shouldn't be a problem. The 6970s full system loaded power consumption should be about 300W. The high quality of your powersupply means it should handle that no problem.

It shouldn't be a problem. But your card might be one of the cards that doesnt unlock depending on how old or new it is.
