I want to underclock my 1.33 a little to see if it helps with some probs I'm having but never tried it. Can I do it in the BIOS softmenu?

I'm not sure about that, then. The K7S5A is well-known for having a limited BIOS. There are plenty of people around who own one, look for all the threads in the motherboard section
