Is 12.7 Inches Clearance enough for the future?

Hey guys, so I'm pretty much decided between three cases. The Switch 810, the HAF X, and the CM Trooper. I really like the trooper's looks, as well as the HAF X, but the fact that it only has 12.7 inches of VGA room (I'm not sure if cage is removeable to add more length, can someone help me out there), sorta puts me off, while the others have like 13 inches of room. If the cage is removeable to add another inch, then no doubt I'll get it.

I'll also only be air cooling, and I really want a silent build, so eventually I'll be going for Noctua fans when I can afford them.

Honestly unless you are going to get into the market of dual-gpu's you should be fine. I don't see cards getting any bigger.

How about air cooling wise? I am looking only to air cool, not getting into the watercooling business. I also only expect this to be my only purchase of a case for many years to come.

I don't expect cards to get longer, They might even get shorter.

12.7" should be plenty.

Cooling should be fine. That case has exceptional cooling (much better than my Sonata)
