Ok, really wouldn't want to pay much for an upgrade, it's to old and slow.

Hey guys,my another friend want to sold me his MSI 4650 for 25 euro.I think i can play dota 2 with this card slightly.
I just wondering,because my motherboard have "1 PCI Express x 16 slot (@x4)" will the graphic card give 100% perfomance.

It's not that you're boring, i don't understand the @4 issue myself completely. As far as i do understand it does mean indeed that it won't be running at full speed, but how much loss you will experience i 'm not sure.
