Will these parts work together?

Hey guys I was planning to make my own PC for some video editing as well as some gaming and I was wondering if these components would work well/at all together. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth Z77 Intel Series 7
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K Quad Core
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (DDR3 1600MHz)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2GB
Sound Card: ASUS Xonar DGX
System Drive: OCZ Vertex 3 Solid State Drive 120GB
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 3TB (7200rpm, 64 mb cache)
Optical Drive: Lite-On Internal DVD Writer
Case: Thermaltake Chaser MK-I Full Tower
Power Supply: Thermaltake W0382RU Modular 750 Watt
Monitor: Asus VS247H-P 24-Inch Full HD LED Monitor
Keyboard: Cooler Master CM Storm Quickfire Rapid SGK-4000
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium

Everything seems fine, but I have some suggestions.

1. If you are going with a Z77 board and a K series CPU, you might as well get a CPU cooler. I'd recommend the Hyper 212 EVO for a mild overclock.

2. You don't need a soundcard. You will only notice a difference if you are a hardcore audiophile. It's wasted money.

3. You should always get the latest SSD. Get a Vertex 4 128GB because it's newer and also performance somewhat better.
