First gaming Build $700-$900

Ok, so I generally know what I want, I just need some advice and help finding other hardware you would recommend. My main goal is to be able to play games like skyrim and Shogun at relativity high levels with high frame rates.

Graphics card GTX 550ti

A mother board and an AMD CPU 3.6-3.4 ghz Quad core
(need help finding that)

8gb ram
(shouldnt be too hard, just need 2x4gb sticks)

1TB harddrive
(not difficult to find at all)

liquid cooling system
(optional)

Good cooling tower keeping it under 50 C under most conditions
(Not really keen on LEDs)

Wfi

5- 6 usbs

dual monitor display
( I already own both)

I do not need a mouse or keyboard.

Your input is greatly appreciated.
