Nvidia GeForce 9400 vs Intel i5 650 HD

I got a year old desktop with i5 650 processor with 2 GB RAM. I already have old Nvidia GeForce 9400 1 GB graphics card. I'm planning to install it on this desktop.

On web I saw that Intel i5 HD Graphics and 9400 both have same graphics performance score. Which one will give better performance...Intel HD or 9400??

9400 GT has dedicated memory so it should be faster.
